Cooling, Engineered at the Junction Level

ŚŪNYA is built on superconductive tunnel-junction refrigeration technology. Under optimal bias, energy-selective quasiparticle tunneling extracts heat across superconducting energy gaps in staged, solid-state transitions. Instead of circulating helium mixtures, Śūnya implements discrete solid-state cooling stages: 40K → 4K → mK
